About this product
Vietnam is the world's largest producer and exporter of black pepper, and the Central Highlands provinces of Đắk Lắk and Gia Lai are its heartland. The 500 g/l grade refers to bulk density — a practical proxy for maturity, moisture and cleanliness. At 500 g/l you get a consistent, well-filled peppercorn suited to grinding, curing and blending, at a materially lower landed cost than premium 550+ grades.
Every lot is sourced directly against a verified origin trail, machine-cleaned to food-processing tolerances, and available with optional steam sterilisation. We ship FOB Ho Chi Minh City or delivered to your EU port of choice, with the freight and duty leg handled and Letter-of-Credit payment as the default — so you carry neither the origin risk nor the working-capital gap.
Grade & quality
500 g/l bulk density, ~12.5% max moisture, machine-cleaned to about 99.5% purity with light berries and dust removed. Optional steam sterilisation for sensitive applications.

Frequently asked questions
What does 500 GL/L mean?
It is the bulk density — 500 grams per litre. It is the standard workhorse grade; higher numbers (550, 570) are denser, more mature and pricier.
What is the minimum order quantity?
One 40ft container, roughly 19 MT. Larger contracted volumes lower your landed cost per MT.
Which Incoterms are available?
FOB Ho Chi Minh City, or CIF/DDP to your EU port. Duty on black pepper into the EU is 0%.
How is origin verified?
Each lot is traced to province, harvest season and processor, documented before shipment — no anonymous middle chain.
